Matěj's Acrobatic Play (Parent & Child Program)

Matěj's Acrobatic Play is a playful movement program for parents and children that supports healthy psychomotor development while strengthening the bond between parent and child through shared movement.

Classes take place in a safe and respectful environment and are led by the same experienced instructor who also teaches children's yoga.

Children naturally develop body awareness, strength, balance, coordination, and self-confidence. Parents are an active part of the entire process, offering support, presence, and encouragement.

What the Program Supports

The program is based on simple acrobatic elements, cooperation, and playful interaction. It especially supports:

  • development of gross motor skills

  • balance, coordination, and healthy posture

  • trust, empathy, and cooperation

  • shared calming and positive parent–child connection

  • joy of movement and a sense of safety

The program is suitable for complete beginners. No previous experience is required — what matters most is the willingness to move together and enjoy meaningful time with your child.

Karolína Bořucká

Karolína leads Matěj's Acrobatic Play lessons with a calm and sensitive approach to children.

She has experience working with young children and understands their needs as well as their individual pace of development.

In her classes, she combines playful movement, coordination, and the development of healthy self-confidence. Children naturally build balance, strength, and confidence in movement within a safe and supportive environment.

She places strong emphasis on respectful communication, positive motivation, and the joy of movement.
